Can we add or deduct services for our wedding?

We are very aware that your wedding is the most important day in your lives as a couple and, making it unique to you, an occasion blended with your own dreams and desires is essential.Some couples have their own ideas and we work with them to make these a reality whenever possible but others admit to being rather nervous or daunted about planning such an important event. This is where our unparalleled experience comes to the fore. We can inspire you and help you to design your wedding day to be truly memorable and one of a kind.Most of our wedding packages offer the flexibility to add or deduct services to suit your needs and budget. During the high season( July-August-September), there is a minimum requirement of 20 guests for the Ceremony & Reception, and 10 guests for Ceremony Only.

Photographyand photographers: what choices are available?

Our photographer and videographer arrive at the venue about half an hour prior to the ceremony in preparation for the bride’s arrival.The bride’s arrival will be photographed and videoed together with the all-important walk down the aisle and the complete wedding ceremony.If you have specific photography requests please make these known prior to the wedding day so we can advise the photographers.Your photo proofs will be available on the day following the wedding .

Do we need the witnesses present?

Yes. Your two witnesses must be present throughout the ceremony. They must not be a member of your immediate family and must be over the age of 18. If you do not have witnesses that match this criteria witnesses can be provided for you at no additional cost. Please refer to the legalities section of our website for further details.

What is the best time to hold the ceremony?

We recommend the best time to be early evening. The temperature is cooler the light better for photography and the beach is much less busy after 5.30.

What should we wear?

We suggest that you consider the Turkish climate when choosing your wedding attire. Tight dresses or suits and man-made fibrescan be uncomfortable in the warm weather.

What choice of food and music is available?

We can discuss the menu when we meet after your arrival as well as discussing your preference for any music. Using a professional music system music can be delivered either using our CDs or by bringing your own or iPod. A DJ can also be hired for the evening. Generally, an open buffet BBQ can be provided, the menu of which is up to you within reason but usually includes steaks, fish, chicken and meatballs. These dishes will be served with potatoes salads, rice, pasta etc. If required, a microphone can also be provided for speeches.

Is there a reduction for children?

0-3yrs FREE (maximum of six toddlers –if there are more then six toddlers the full child price applies)4-11yrs -50% of adult price (maximum of six children -if there are more than six children the full adult price applies)Children of 12 years and above are charged as adults

Is transport included for bridal party, groom and guests?

All our packages include transport on the wedding day for the bridal party. If you require transport* for your guests, please note this will incur an extra cost unless it has been included as part of your package. If you are unsure please check.(*NB: Transport includes to and from the Fethiyeresort area -Oludeniz, Ovacik/Hisaronuand Fethiyecentre).

Final payment: how and when?

The balance of your package must be paid in full four weeks prior to the wedding date, if paying by Credit or Debit card. Your card details will be taken over the phone for security reasons and please note that card payments are not accepted after arrival into Turkey. Wealso offer the option to pay the balance in cash on arrival, Please note: all outstanding balances must be settled at your pre-wedding meeting. Any alternative arrangements must be made by prior agreement. When final numbers change or extra services are ordered after final payment has been made, these payments will be finalisedat your pre-wedding meeting.
